Lodging for those traveling through Tour Operators and Travel Agencies
The Government of the Republic of Cuba and the Ministry of Tourism will guarantee the facilities for lodging to those traveling through Tour Operators and Travel Agencies.
To this purpose, it has selected a group of hotels with excellent location and high expertise in the attention of particpants to events celebrated in Cuba. These are:

All these prices are per person/night in standard rooms. The prices are in CUC (Cuban convertible pesos).
Reservations and payment
The requests for hotel reservations will be done through the application form (Annex III), that must be filled out and sent to the Travel Agency CUBATUR, deadline February 25, 2012. After this date, the reservation requests will be on a first-come first-served basis.
Rooms confirmed by CUBATUR should be prepaidbefore March 3, 2012 following instructions in Annex III. Unpaid rooms will be put in offer again.
Payment to CUBATUR will be through transference or bank deposit. A copy of the transaction should be sent.
US dollars bank tranferences are not accepted neither the use of credit cards issued by American Banks as it´s prohibited by the United States economic, commercial and financial blockade against Cuba.

Transportation
Travel Agency CUBATUR will offer the necessary transportation to cover the official events. The participants will have access to transportation to/from airports and to the Mass.
Departure time for each Mass, both in the Revolution Square in Havana and in the Square Antonio Maceo in Santiago de Cuba, will be informed by CUBATUR Assistance Office.
